6 Tips when Traveling to Chobe National Park

    1.) All Fees Included

When booking your activities, make sure that the park fees, entrance fees and conservation fees are all included, so that you don’t have to lay out extra money when you are there.

Going on holiday knowing that all your expenses are paid for, has to be the best feeling!  Leaving you with more money for souvenirs 🙂

    2.) Split Activity Days

The full day activities can be busy.  Try to split your itinerary into one full day activity, one half day activity, so that you can also breathe and take it all in.

No chill zone?  Totally up to you to have a jam packed itinerary, we prefer to split our activities to have more time to relax at the pool and go for spa treatments.

    3.) Lightweight Clothing

Take lightweight clothing, as it can get really hot and humid.  That is all…

    4.) Sunblock, Sunhat and Sunglasses

Just like point 3, these are very important.  Sunblock, sunhat and sunglasses! African sun is hot hot!  Nobody wants sunstroke.

    5.) Walking Shoes

Pack a comfortable pair of walking shoes, lots of walking around and exploring to be done on your trip to Chobe National Park.  Also, they most likely will get wet.  So leave behind your favourite pair of shoes.

    6.) Camera

Being surrounded by water on your trip to Chobe National Park, try make sure your camera is waterproof or has a waterproof case.  Worst case scenario, have insurance on your valuable items.
