Off two wander terms and conditions:

Please take the time to read our terms and conditions policy below. 

Off two wander are a partnership agreement between Lauren and Julia McEvoy, therefore do not have a registered Tax number.  

1.) Refunds and Returns Policy

Off two wander take pride in delivering quality goods to our clients.  We want our clients to be excited when their products arrive at the destination.  We unfortunately regret accepting any returns, unless products arrive in a damaged condition, not to the clients error. E.g: third party courier company.

1.1.) Damaged Items

Damaged products purchased from only our website will be considered for refund.  Please contact us via email (orders@offtwowander.com) at least 15 days after receiving your damaged product. Your email must include: your order number, full name and surname, cell number, date received and quality images of your product/s.  Once we have received your email, Off two wander will make a final decision with regards to each individual return matter. 

Please note: Once we have communicated via email, we will arrange a collection of damaged products. They must be returned in original packaging.

1.2.) Approved returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will require your bank account details to process the refund. 

1.3.) Incorrect Order

Whoops, you’ve received the incorrect order.  

We’re human, so there is potential where we could slip up (most likely before the first coffee). If this is the case, and we have not yet contacted you, please contact our team via email (orders@offtwowander.com). We will ensure all clients happily receive their orders. 

1.4.) Signing for your products

We will keep you in the loop via email, so that you can track your order and ensure you will be at home to sign for it.  Please note that we use a third party courier company and cannot guarantee set delivery times, as courier companies categorise orders according to the routes for set days.  Please check that the product you are receiving and the product description are correct before signing.

1.5.) Late or missing refunds

Refunds will be processed once we have made a final decision.  We will correspond with you via email with any updates.  Please note that funds may take a couple of days to reflect into your account. 

1.6.) Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

2.) Shipping Policy

Off two wander will make use of third party courier company services to deliver our orders.  Once the orders leave us, it is out of our control when orders will be exactly delivered.  We will try our best to stick to our delivery time frames, however, during peak season that might be more difficult than usual. 

Our shipping fees are calculated into the order, as per the postal area code that you live in.  Please make sure that you provide the full local address so that the delivery process can be a smooth one.  

We charge two set delivery fees that are linked to our E-commerce website and is subject to change at any given time.  Please note that courier costs are based on the weight of the items, therefore might change.
